hey you guys so
I just want to give you a heads up I did
not record much of my eating yesterday
actually I didn't record anything but my
dinner I completely spaced it I don't
know what my problem was yesterday but I
am going to enclose a clip of my dinner
I hope you enjoy so for dinner last
night we had what is called 2p it is
chunks of sirloin meat with fresh
carrots and peas and onions and then you
blend it with a tomato and you simmer it
and cook it as like a soup

today is Thursday I want to say January
9th I think I believe anyways I have
been on the go since early this morning
I went down to our local fresh vegetable
stand and got me some fresh vegetables
then I had to run to the store and grab
a couple other things and now I am off
to the store to go get a few more things
to close up my weeks shopping I am so
proud of myself for the things that I
bought much different this week on my
eating versus what I did this last week
and the only reason why I say different
is because I'm cutting out a lot of like
processed stuff and trying to put more
you know like fresh from because I'm
following what cupcake vegan 4life said
so and I also am working on another type
of like diet not diet sorry trekker
instead of doing My Fitness Pal there's
another one it's called chronometer and
I've been watching a few tutorials about
it on YouTube because it's a little bit
tricky so I'm just trying to figure out
how to figure that part out if I can't
figure it out that I'm gonna get in
touch with cupcake and she said she
would definitely walk me through it so I
will have that started but I am so
pleased to say that I successfully was
able to go in and get things for like my
breakfast is how I'm just gonna do the
natural real oats and add some I can't
think of the name of it right off the
top but cupcake had told me to add some
there's an ingredient she told me I'll
have to figure it out and then I'll fill
you guys in with it but fresh fruit or a
vegetable with it so I got some frozen
berries
and the reason why is because I know
personally my berries from here they get
bad quickly and I don't know why but
they just do so I went ahead and I got
frozen berries so that they last for a
while and then also I got like some
Greek plain yogurt and raw honey because
I if I want a little bit of something
like for breakfast and I don't want to
have oatmeal I figured that would be
another healthier option is to have the
Greek yogurt with a little bit of raw
honey and add some almonds or some
berries if I don't add that raw honey to
it for and I'm also going to be doing
mill prepping this week and when I say
mill preppy and I'm basically going to
be putting together some mills that
males bills about now you guys make me
so self-conscious about my wording
anyways be able to you know like serve
out my portions for dinners where like
if Ollie and the family are gonna eat
something that I just don't think is
probably really a smart move on my
behalf then I can just grab one of my
already made dinners and eat it I did
buy some stuff for like to make turkey
wraps I looked on Pinterest for some
like lunch ideas that I can make that
are not quick cuz I don't have to make
quick fixes I bought stuff like fresh
shrimp I got some fresh corn so I can
make like a shrimp what is it called a
shrimp boil not a seafood boil because
I'm not putting a whole bunch of stuff
but just like shrimp and some a little
bit of corn and some potato that's one
of the things that I thought about or
that is one of the things I'm gonna do
this week is make that and then like I
said for lunch it and I can pull some of
those dinners over to leftovers for the
next day for lunch so I'm just really
gonna focus on my nutrition this week
and make sure that I'm hitting all of my
points and getting in enough calories
for each day also I'm gonna be bumping
up my exercise this week really pushing
it out there I think that I've got a
good regiment figured out that I think
it's gonna work best for me I don't want
to do too much and then overdo myself
and burn myself out or cause hurt or
cause pain in areas because I know like
my knees they can start hurting so bad
that I barely can walk so this way I
think that it will be a better thing for
me to just be very cautious but you know
and I'm gonna talk to cupcakes some more
about like some exercises that will
still work my body get my heart rate
going but like things that won't overdo
my knees right now until I get them a
little bit stronger because like I said
I I have like no cartilage and my knee
and it feels like it's just like bone to
bone and it hurts but I don't want that
to be something that pulls me back or
holds me back so I'm gonna press forward
through the pain but I don't want to do
something that's gonna damage it and
then cause more problems for the future
so anyways I'm gonna close today is a
very short short video I know but I I
just like it's already 4:10 and I still
like I said I'm going to another store
so I just want to make sure that I'm
getting this up for you guys I
appreciate all of the amazing
encouragement and support from every one
of you guys it makes such a difference
when I hear the support coming and you
know having the uplifting of my weight
loss I know that you know this was my
first week and so I know that usually
the first week is a big drop I know but
at the same time I'm still hoping for
big numbers no matter what just because
I have a lot to lose so there's no
reason my body can't just keep letting
it go for a while but I also want to do
it at a healthy rate too so it doesn't
ever come back because yeah this is just
not gonna work anymore
uh so yeah I I'm gonna get this video up
I'm gonna also put in the in this video
I'll put what I ate for the day and then
I will see you guys tomorrow I hope you
